Machine FPY (Operator)

Machine First Pass Yield (FPY) is used to calculate pass board rate without false reject by machine. For

example, if there are 100 boards, the 80 boards that passed the inspection without any false reject at a certain

time are considered as 80% first-pass yield.

The values shown in the machine first pass yield tab are on machine basis which includes:

● Average Inspection time

● Number of the pass and fail boards

● Reset

Note: The inspection time is averaging among all programs inspected in this machine.
