To enable the prompt message when user want to unlock the machine

To enable/disable rest program manager

User can set the minimum length of barcode validation 0:127

Use Can lock SmartG or PC when the PC in IDLE condition within the limit

Algorithm Setting (MVC Tools)

• Joint MVC is a statistical analytical algorithm used to analyze solder joints in more detail than classic joint inspection. Joint

MVC reduces the amount of false fails which are due to many variations of the joints.

• Component MVC is used for presence/absence of chip capacitors/resistors and transistors. It can be used on V510

machines. The features are based on vector edges and statistics on the lead and body. These are all set automatically.

• Component MVC is not included in the voting classifier. It is a standalone classifier. When the component is being

inspected there are small tick marks around the chip capacitor/resistor when component MVC is enabled.

Note: Mostly MVC Tools used for 2D Algorithm..
