1.2.8 Failure to use as prescribed
Failure to use the product as prescribed can result in both danger to life and limb and material
damage. For this reason, use other than that prescribed is expressly prohibited. In the event of
non-prescribed use, ASM Assembly Systems GmbH & Co. KG shall not accept any liability for
damage which occurs as a consequence and shall not guarantee the correct and proper function
-
ing of the machine components.
Use of the machine other than as prescribed includes, for example
Operation of the shuttle extension with safety equipment deactivated or removed.
Use of unauthorized accessories and additional modules.
Use of the shuttle extension by unqualified personnel.
Operation of the placement machine without a hand guard on the board conveyor.
Persons standing on the top lid and cover plates.
The use of wet cleansing tissues
1.2.9 Important information about environmentally-friendly disposal
SIPLACE machines are mainly made of materials and parts which can be easily separated and
disposed of in an environmentally-friendly manner.

SIPLACE machines are developed and tested for professional use in industrial environments.
Electromagnetic compatibility in terms of the emission of interference cannot be guaranteed in any
other environment.
