Remove the barrel plug

When the barcode reader extension is integrated onto the shuttle extension, this barrel

plug must be removed to allow cables routing.

7.4 Assembly Instruction

7.4.1 Step 1

In order to mount barcode reader extension kit onto the shuttle extension, the following items must

be available.

– 03135848- barcode reader extension kit cpl. (Pre-assembled)

– 03149503- extension 207_left assy.(Pre-assembled)

7.4.2 Step 2

 Remove dowel pin (1) from shuttle conveyor, this is to allow the exchange of longer belt.

 Loosen pulley (2) to release belt tension and remove conveyor belt.

 Mount the pre-assembled extension rail_left onto the shuttle conveyor via 2x 03116105-Bolt

4 M-C, 2x 03116106-Bolt 5 M-C and 2x 03042563-ISO4762 M5x20.
