4.3 YTC (option)
The YTC is an option for the YSP20. It transfers boards conveyed from the YSP20 to the downstream machine.
The conveyor width of the YTC is automatically adjusted to match the board width (board size Y).
The YSP20 equipped with a YTC also allows visual inspection of printed solder on the YTC side.

For instructions on how to operate the YTC, refer to the separate “Option manual” for “YTC”.

The YTC (option) is installed next to the YSP20 as shown below.
As with the YSP20, the front conveyor rails on the YTC are called Lane 1, and the rear conveyor rails Lane 2. In
both lanes, the inner rail is fixed and the outer rail is movable to adjust the conveyor width.
