0219000 Table Z Timing Task has not been completed unable to continue.
(Cause 1) Self-Diagnostics Error Message
(Remedy 1) Zero all axes and re-start the operation.
If the machine is not reset to its normal condition, shut down the power of
the machine once and power up the machine again. After that, re-start
the operation.
When the same error still occurs, contact our service personnel for de-
tails.
0220000 Table Z Data The data was detected outside of the possible range.
(Cause 1) The specified data may have exceeded the movable range.
(Remedy 1) Check the parameters in the “Screen Distance” (“Pattern Program” win-
dow), “Screen Gap” (“OFFSET DATA” window), and “P.C.B. Transfer
Height” (“OFFSET DATA” window) text boxes.
0221000 Table Z Origin Zeroing Opn. Not Complete
(Cause 1) The motor axis was activated before the zeroing operation was completed.
(Remedy 1) Perform the zeroing operation.
