This instruction manual describes the functions, handling, and operations of the machine
for those who have finished the basic training of the screen printing machine.
Wrong handling of the machine and a cleaning solvent (industrial alcohol) may result in not
only incorrect printing but also personal injury.
Before operating the machine, please read this instruction manual carefully to fully understand
the instructions and precautionary measures for safety purposes.
After reading through this manual, please use this manual as an occasional reference and
keep it within reach.

This instruction manual is divided into the following two volumes (booklets) on subjective
basis.
Volume 1
Chapter 1: Operation (Operator)
This chapter describes the fundamentals for those who read this
instruction manual and use the screen printer for the first time.
Coverage: This chapter covers the checking items, the safety
precautions, the scope of the machine, the
preparatory and ending procedures of automatic
operation, and the troubleshooting on simple errors.
Chapter 2: Operation (Supervisor)
This chapter describes the general items related to machine
operations for those who have learned how to operate the
machine.
Coverage: This chapter covers the specifications and functions
of the machine and various menus related to the
program change and automatic operations.
Volume 2
Chapter 1: Programming
This chapter describes various data for a programmer (s) who
creates pattern programs and a supervisor who must understand
the meanings of various data.
Coverage: This chapter covers the various data such as pattern
program and the menus for production control and
system settings.
Chapter 2: Troubleshooting
This chapter describes the general troubleshooting for those who
use this machine.
Coverage: This chapter covers the troubleshooting on simple
errors, and the remedial measures after "ERROR"
window.
Chapter 3: Maintenance
This chapter describes periodic maintenance operation, etc. for
those who are in charge of the machine maintenance.
Coverage: This chapter covers the periodic maintenance
operations, the list of consumables and servicing
parts, the pneumatic diagram, and the electrical
