Press this function key to change the cell status.
UNIT : The machine reports board type information to the LMS.
ACTIVE CELL : The machine does not report board type information to the LMS. After
sending out a reservation the LMS issues changeover permission.
PASSIVE CELL : The machine does not report board type information to the LMS and does
not receive changeover permission from the LMS.
Note: Current cell status displays on the screen.

cut off, refrain from pressing this key when it is not necessary.
