4.1.1 Setting the Mark Data
The relevant mark data must be specified in order to carry out the mark reading
vision test.
Specify the sequence number after selecting the [SET DATA] command.
Use the numeric keypad to input the sequence number of the mark read
sequence (mask mark read sequence or board mark read sequence) for which the
vision test is to be carried out.
The data for the specified mark sequence displays when this input is complete.
4.1.2 Mark Form Display
The mark form cannot be displayed if the mark data is not set.
The form display function is used to check whether the mark for which data has
been set is the same as the registered mark (for example are the marks the same
color).
The form of the mark for which data has been set is displayed at the vision
processing monitor using the [FORM DSPLY] command.
Note that the form that displays is the form of the mark that is registered in the
vision processing board.
Note: Vision processing system version V2.70 or later is necessary to execute the
[FORM DSPLY] command.
4.1.3 Real Image Display
The real image display function is used to verify by how much the mark is
displaced when a mark read error occurs.
The real image is displayed at the vision processing monitor using the
[DSP REAL-IMG] command.
