Use the numerical keypad to specify the sequence number of a fiducial mark sequence in the
current production program.
When the START button is pressed, the X-axis and the Y table move so that the specified fiducial
mark is under the mark camera. An image of the mark is acquired and inspected. Data describing
the fiducial mark displays on the vision processing monitor. An error occurs if there is no board on
the Y-table.

• Explanation
Press [SET DATA] to specify the sequence number of the block skip mark which will be inspected.
The [LEVEL SET] command sets the contrast (border value) of the block skip mark.
Press [SET SIZE] to display the screen at which the block skip mark size can be set.
The [DSP REAL IMG] command displays the real image obtained by the mark camera on the vision
processing monitor. This command cannot be executed unless the F1 command (SET DATA) has
already been executed. When the command is executed, the message “Specify mark sequence
number” displays in the first display area.
Press [VP. EXE.] to inspect the specified block skip mark (sequence number). This command
cannot be executed unless the F1 command (SET DATA) has already been executed. When the
command is executed, the message “Specify mark sequence number” displays in the first display
area.
Note: The previous two commands are only available after the [SET DATA] command has been executed.
If the [SET DATA] command has not been executed, a message to that extent will appear in the first
display area.
• Explanation of the Items displayed
B/W : B mark B/W type (white or black)
Level : B mark threshold level (0~255)
Size_x : B mark size [0.01 mm]
Size_y : B mark size [0.01 mm]
Result : Result of vision processing (white or black)
Error : Error code.
