CLEAR OFF : Presently not supported.
CHANGEOVER: This command is only valid for HELPS-machines in the manual
terminate mode or the passive cell status mode. This command
does not display when it is being executed. For details refer to the
HELPS Operation Manual.
S STOP : Press this function key to end production after completing the board
currently in the machine. The message “S Stop” displays in the
second status area when this is pressed. When production of the
current board is complete, the display returns to page 000.
CANCEL : This displays once “S STOP” is selected. Press this function key to
cancel the S STOP command.

• CYCLE STOP button
When this is pressed, “CYCLE STOP” displays in the second status area and machine operation
stops.
Note: The CYCLE STOP button has priority over the [S STOP] command. The [S STOP] command is
cleared when the CYCLE STOP button is pressed.
• When an alarm occurs
Production is interrupted and the alarms are displayed in the first or second display area. The
buzzer sounds to indicate that the RESET button should be pressed. The display returns to page
000-000 when the RESET button is pressed.
YES : Press this button to turn off the board-request sensor signal to the
previous stage and continue production. Communication with the
LMS takes place at this time and once no more boards remain on the
machine then changeover begins. After this key has been pressed
the display does not return to page 170 until changeover has been
completed.
NO : Press this key to cancel changeover if for example the
[CHANGEOVER] key is pressed by mistake.
Note: It is the operator’s decision when to press the [YES] command.
• Explanation
This command is only valid for HELPS-compatible machines where the changeover mode is
manual terminate mode or the cell status is passive cell.
