Pressing the START button once executes one cycle (machine action). Pressing it again carries out

UNLOAD PCB : Press to unload a board from the main conveyor.
LOAD PCB : Press to unload a board from the main conveyor and load a new
board.
LOAD PSTN : This function key displays when the main conveyor is not at the
loading position. Press to return the main conveyor to the load
position.
LIFTER▲ (LIFTER▼ ): This function key displays when the main conveyor is at the
loading position. Press to raise (lower) the lifter.
LOCK (UNLOCK): This function key displays when the main conveyor is at the
loading position. Press this to couple (uncouple) the in-
conveyor, main conveyor and out-conveyor.
PIN▲ (PIN▼) : This function key displays when the main conveyor is at the loading
position. Press to raise (lower) the reference pin.
RETURN : Press to return to page 000-000.

RETURN : Press to return to page 300-000.
• START button
When the START button is pressed, the main conveyor moves to the loading position. The system
determines whether or not a board is on the conveyor and then unloads any board on the conveyor.
When the operation is complete, the display returns to page 300-000.
