• Explanation
If a value between 0 – 999 is entered at the numerical keypad, the entered value is interpreted by
the machine as the block skip mark size. When 1230 is entered, the value is set at 1.23 mm.

When the START button is pressed, the X-axis and the Y-table move so that the specified block skip
mark is under the mark camera. An image of the mark is acquired and inspected. Data describing
the block skip mark displays on the vision processing monitor. An error occurs if there is no board
on the Y-table.
