1. IC Algorithm
(Auto Teaching Method)
1) Enter part thickness correctly.
2) Check for the Lead Pitch.
If Pitch exceeds
0.03 or more,
Error can be occurred frequently.
3) Auto Teach Requirement
^ Enter the part thickness
correctly.
^ Brighten the illumination
slightly.
4) Apply the Auto Teaching by use
of Fix Camera.
5) Repeat the test more than 10
times for the results.
6) When using Fly Camera for
operation, test it after changing
the illumination on Fly Camera.
(Note) For SOP/SOJ, select and register
that suitable for part feed direction.
