CP-45/55 Operation Process
Class Noise Type Cause Corrective Actions
X,Y Axes Noise
.Resonance of drive motor .Motor drive failure or abnormal motor gains. .Contact our C/S.
.Coupling vibration .Coupling bolt failed to be tightened securely .Tighten bolt with specified torque.
.Excessive mechanical noise on
ball screw
.Metal friction caused by improper lubrication .Lubricate a ball screw(Oiling).
.Irregular mechanical noise on
LM guide
.Small chips or dust particles are adhered to
belt or a surface of pulley.
.Metalfrictioncausedbyimproper
lubrication
.Clean out the surface of LM guide.
.Proper lubrication.
Conveyor Noise
.PCB drive belt
.Excessive mechanical noise on
conveyor width control
.Belt is too tout or loosened.
.Small chips or dust particles are adhered to
belt or a surface of pulley.
.Metalfrictioncausedbyimproper
lubrication
.Adjust the tension of belt.
.Clean out the surface of pulley.
.Lubricate the width adjusting screw.
Z Axis Noise
.Drive motor noise
.Belt is too tout
.Small chips or parts are seized between belt
and pulley.
.Adjust the tension of belt.
.Clean out the foreign materials
adhered between belt and pulley.
Hydraulic Hose
.Pressure leakage .Hydraulic hose failure.
.Find out the leaking part and
replace it with new one.
Fan .Air resistance noise .Small chips or dust particles are adhered to
fan cover.
.Clean out a hold of fan cover.
