1.2.1.6 Spindle
*Check Points*
Foreign materials(solder paste, etc.) adhered
to the inner part of spindle may cause a
problem to the part pickup. Thus, clean out
the inner part of spindle.
*Actions to be taken*
@Disconnect a Housing, and
disassemble a joint in the housing.
@Apply soft cloth on the bottom of
spindle and pour some alcohol into
the upper hole of spindle.
@Blow off alcohol and foreign
materials remaining in the inner part
of the spline with an air gun.

Caution
Failing to wear the protective goggles when operating
the air gun may cause severe injury to eyes. Be sure
to wear the protective goggles when operating the air
gun.
Caution
Apply soft cloth on the bottom hole so that alcohol
can not be splashed outward when pouring it.

@Defectives of timing belt may cause
its early wear. When the defectives
occurred, contact our designated
C/S company immediately.

*Check Points*
@Check the fittings of the air
distributor and the solenoid valve for
proper airtight.
@Check the blow chamber fitted on
the solenoid valve for proper
airtight.
*Actions to be taken*
@When the connector of fitting is
leaked, tighten it by suitable forces
so that the fitting can not be
damaged.
@If the blow chamber is loosened, air
leakage may occur to it. Tighten the
blow chamber for preventing from
the leakage. At this time, care is to
be taken for ensuring that O-ring in
the blow chamber can not be
missed.
@If replacing the part caused by
improper leakage or damage, be
sure to contact our designated
C/S company for proper actions.
