1.2.3.2 Width Adjusting Lead Screw
*Check Points*
@Check the screw for dust particles,
or stains, etc.
@If the screw is dried too much and
the lubrication condition is improper,
the width adjustment can not be
carried out properly. Thus, check
lubrication condition.
*Actions to be taken*
@Clean out the dust particles, foreign
materials, etc., and if required,
apply the grease to the screw.

*Check Points*
@Check the rail surface for debris,
dust particles, stains, etc.
@If the rail is dried too much and
the lubrication condition is improper,
the width adjustment can not be
carried out properly. Thus, check
lubrication condition.
*Actions to be taken*
@Clean out dust particles, foreign
materials, etc., and if required,
apply the grease to the rail surface.
@Lubricate the grease through the
Grease Nipple.

@Check the belt for improper wear.
@Check the pulley for improper wear.
*Actions to be taken*
@If adjusting the belt tension with the
tension adjusting screw, excessive
fatigue may occur to the motor. If
the tension adjustment is required,
contact our C/S center for A/S.

Belt&Pulley
*Check Points*
@Check that foreign materials are
adhered to the chain.
@If the chain is dried too much and
the lubrication condition is improper,
the width adjustment can not be
carried out properly.
*Actions to be taken*
@Clean out the foreign materials and
apply the grease if the dried
conditions are serious.

*Check Points*
@Check that the sensor window is
contaminated.
@Check that the sensitivity of a
sensor is proper.
@Check the sensor for proper
operation.
*Actions to be taken*
@Remove the contaminated part and
clean out the sensor window with
soft cloth.
@Adjust the sensitivity.
@If abnormal conditions occur,
contact our designated C/S
to taking the corrective action.
