1.2.3.5 Manual Width Adjusting Chain,
Belt&Pulley
*Check Points*
@Check that foreign materials are
adhered to the chain.
@If the chain is dried too much and
the lubrication condition is improper,
the width adjustment can not be
carried out properly.
*Actions to be taken*
@Clean out the foreign materials and
apply the grease if the dried
conditions are serious.
1.2.3.6 PCB Sensor
*Check Points*
@Check that the sensor window is
contaminated.
@Check that the sensitivity of a
sensor is proper.
@Check the sensor for proper
operation.
*Actions to be taken*
@Remove the contaminated part and
clean out the sensor window with
soft cloth.
@Adjust the sensitivity.
@If abnormal conditions occur,
contact our designated C/S
to taking the corrective action.

@You may use Manual I/O Test, Self
Diagnostic on MMI monitor for
easy check.
@If abnormal conditions occur,
contact our C/S center for A/S.
Caution
Avoid inserting parts of a body into the system during
I/O Test. Failing to observe this may cause serous
injury to personnel.
