1.1 Maintenance Procedure
Be sure to observe the following procedures when carrying out the maintenance.
1. Check that all works on a machine are completed.
2. Turn off the main power switch prior to maintenance.
3. Measurement and repair should be carried out only by the qualified personnel.
4. Care is to be taken for ensuring that S/W of a system can not be turned on again. Failure to
observe this may cause death or serious injury to personnel when contacting with a live part.
5. Carry out the maintenance in accordance with the Daily Inspection List.
Observe the following procedures for proper operation of a system after completion of maintenance.
1. Look around for obstacles where the maintenance is carried out, and remove that if required.
2. Check that all parts are assembled properly.
3. Turn on the main power switch of a system.
