1.2.7.1 Set Pressure

@Check that the supply pressure is
suitable to the set pressure (4.5 ~
5.5 bar).

@Adjust the pressure by turning a
handle of the Regulator right and
left.
Caution
Abnormal set pressure may cause some problems to
the system performance. Adjust the set pressure
accurately.

@Check that moisture is collected in
the Air Filter.
@Check that Filter Element is clogged.
@Check that Filter Element is
decolored.
@Check that moisture in a Drainer
can be drained properly.
@If the tube was failed to fix to the
drainer, fix it to the drainer.
Warning
Failing to disconnect the air pressure when replacing
the air filter may cause serious injury to personnel.
Be sure to disconnect the air pressure.
*Actions to be taken*
@Disconnect the air filter container
by pushing down the lock button
and turning it to the side.
@Disconnect the damaged filter
element.
@Install the new filter element in
the reverse order.
@Assemble the container.

@Check that an error occurs caused
that the switch operates
automatically in pressure drop.
*Actions to be taken*
@If it fails to operate, contact our
designated C/S company for A/S.
1.2.7.4 Overall Pipings & Fittings
Check
*Check Points*
@Check the tube for abnormal wear.
@Check that leakage occurs caused
that the tube is missed or the
fittings are loosened.
*Actions to be taken*
@For abnormal wear, replace the tube.
@If the fitting is loosened,
re-tighten it.
