Power Remover Set Check Sensors
1. Select [Maintenance A] – [I/O Check] – [X029 Remover Set Check]. The I/O should be
ON when the power remover is set correctly in its pins, and OFF when set incorrectly.
The sensor beam is designed to be cut if the power remover is 1.5mm or more higher
than its correct position.

6.1 Mark Camera Adjustment
Mark camera setting (XC-55)
1. Set the mark camera settings and aperture as follows:

Note: ensure the lens unit is fastened to the camera unit with adhesive (Loctite 425).
Note: When attaching the camera unit to the installation bracket, tighten the bolts with
0.38N.m to 0.57N.m force, and apply adhesive (Loctite222) to the bolts.
Camera focus
Jig: Plate jig (AJPJ-0062).
Jig: Color sample for brightness adjustment (Z9531DEPJ1111).
1. Clamp the plate jig in the main table.
2. Temporarily remove the lighting unit.
3. Remove the mark camera lens cover.
4. Reattach the lighting unit making sure it is pushed right up against the lip of the
camera installation bracket.
Plate jig
Greater than 61mm
When attaching the
lighting unit, push it
against the camera
installation BKT.
Focus adjustment, first,
remove the lens cover.

fter the focus is adjusted
re-attach the lens cover.
Gap between lens cover
and light source should be
0.5mm
Hollow bolt
to lock the
lens

djust the focus by
rotating the tip of the lens.
