3.1.2 HM Head unit
The HM head unit has 10 component pick-and-place heads.
The maximum component pick-up enabled height of each heads is 15 mm.
Two fiducial cameras are located on both sides of head unit, and scan camera unit on bottom.

NOTE
The nozzles named "80XX" (e.g. 8004H, 8006H) are called "wide range nozzle", named "81XX" (e.g. 8101A, 8102A)
"narrow-pitch nozzle". The wide range nozzles support wide range of picking-up enabled component size, though they
require wider space (0.35 mm or more) from neighboring component upon placing.

NOTE
The data matrix with nozzle ID is pasted to each nozzle.
The machine reads automatically its ID and performs the nozzle management such as storing position in nozzle station.
