NOTE
The nozzles named "80XX" (e.g. 8004H, 8006H) are called "wide range nozzle", named "81XX" (e.g. 8101A, 8102A)
"narrow-pitch nozzle". The wide range nozzles support wide range of picking-up enabled component size, though they
require wider space (0.35 mm or more) from neighboring component upon placing.

NOTE
The data matrix with nozzle ID is pasted to each nozzle.
The machine reads automatically its ID and performs the nozzle management such as storing position in nozzle station.

3.3 Nozzle station (option)
3.3.1 Overview of Nozzle station
The nozzle station stores multiple types of nozzle described at "3.2 Nozzle types" above to perform
automatic nozzle change. The nozzle station is comprised of its base unit and nozzle holder storing nozzles
and whole nozzle holder can be attached/detached.
The nozzle station is equipped cylinders to perform ascending/descending the optional nozzle holder unit,
or opening/closing the nozzle holder shutter. The automatic nozzle change is performed by ascending the
nozzle holder unit and opening the nozzle holder shutter.

3.3.2 Nozzle holder 1 and 2
The nozzle stattion can be installed one per front and rear side of machine. Moreover, two nozzle holders
are equipped per one nozzle station.
The nozzle holder of back side from operator is called nozzle holder 1 and near side, nozzle holder 2,
regardless of it is front/rear nozzle station.
