1. Handle
This handle is used when moving the feeder exchange carriage.
2. Feeder plate
Is a section to set feeders. For one feeder exchange carriage, ZS feeder, ZSR feeder and auto loading
feeder of 8mm can be set up to 32 pieces.
TIP
SS feeder can be attached to feeder exchange carriage for YRM20, but some limitation occurs.

3. Empty tape dump box (option)
This box is for catching empty tape after components have been picked up.
Check it periodically and dispose the built-up empty tapes.
4. Caster lock
Step on to lock the casters to prevent movement after the feeder exchange carriage has been detached
from the mounter. Unlock by returning the lever.
5. Reel holder
The upper reel holder can be slided frontward and lowerd to store 7-inch reels. The lower reel holder
can store the tape reel over 7 inches and the reel partition can be shifted according to width of reel
stored.

NOTE
When placing 7-inch reels continuously, set them in the upper and lower racks alternately.
Power connector
A power connector for option devices, such as stick feeder.
Connector for the QFP recovery conveyor
Is a connector for signal wire to actuate the QFP recovery conveyor.
Also, one power connector is used for actuating QFP recovery conveyor.
Air joint
Is an air joint for actuating optional tools as such air blow tool or vacuum assembly. Used by connecting
air tube of the outer diameter

NOTE
The air joint/power connector can be actuated only when the feeder exchcange carriage is attached to machine.

Slope for feeder exchange carriage
Is a guide and also slope to attache carriage to machicne.
Upper cover
Closes the gap of machine safety cover to prevent inserting operator's hand.
TIP
It requires to open the upper cover and attach the feeders upon using SS feeder.

CAUTION
Feeder set number is attached to feeder plate and upper cover.
Make sure to check the both upper and lower number. Inserting forcibly the feeder while upper and lower numbers are
not aligned, it causes malfunction.
Tape guide cover
Feeder tape guide may float by faulting the part attachment to feeder or so. If the feeder tape guide
floats, the tape guide cover prevents interfering the head unit and tape guide.
