1 章设备概要
1-1前言
KE-2070 KE-2080 KE-2050R/KE-2060R 的后续机型,继承了以往构筑的模块化概念所具有的灵活
性,是经济性、可靠性、维护性与安全性得到进一步提高的逐片式新系列贴片机。
通过将 KE-2080R 追加到系列中,更加强化了面向大型元件的对应能力。
KE-2070/KE-2080/80R 可使用以往的 KE 系列所使用的元件供应装置(带状、管状、散装),以及生产
程序,利于降低引进成本,易于启用。
操作方面采用 WindowsXP 软件操作系统(基础软件),更加容易操作。
通过组合生产支援系统「IS」智能车间案) JUKI 贴片机胶机与生产相关的各种业

KE-2070 主要适用于小型芯片元件的高速贴片,可进行薄型芯片形状的元件和小型的 QFP、CSP、BGA
的高速贴片。通过追加吸取
贴片监视,使用在贴片头部位设置的摄像机,
KE-2080 不但具备 KE-2070 性能,也可实现大型的 QFP CSP、BGA 等的 IC 贴片。
KE-2080R 通过采用 FMLA(激光单元)取代 KE2080 IC 贴片头(图像识别专用)的 CDS
(光纤传感器),以及对 马达进行强化,提高了面向大型元件的对应能力。
各种机型均备有选购项 MNVC,可设置小型 QFP、BGA、CSP 等图像识别贴片。
元件的吸取、贴片时的状态进行摄影,可进行简易的检查。
1-2特点
☆使用 6 个吸嘴可同时识别的新概念激光校准传感器(LNC60),实现高速贴片。
*1 LNC60 片头由 6 个吸嘴构成(KE-2070/2070C)
*1 LNC60 片头(6 个吸嘴)+1 IC 贴片头的 7 个吸嘴构成(KE-2080/2080R)。
☆标准装置激光校准传感器(LNC60),具备对应 0402 元件的贴片功能。
☆各吸嘴轴的上下动作(Z 轴)、旋转动作(Θ轴)均采用独立的 AC 伺服马达控制,实现了高速、高
精度贴片。
☆采用元件吸取位置自动示教方式(0402~3216 元件的纸带),既节省准备工作时间,又降
低了贴片错误率。
☆基板支撑部(支撑台)采用马达驱动,减轻释放基板时的振动,防止元件贴片后出现偏移,并缩短
夹紧与释放时间。
☆可通过标准位置校正摄像机(OCC)检测不良电路的坏板标记。
☆通过丰富的图形显示及触摸屏(选购项),使数据的输入和机器操作更加容易。
☆贴片机自身具有识别贴片位置偏移,自动校正功能(FCS:FlexibleCalibrationSystem),可保
持交货当时的贴片精度。(选购项)
☆通过配备高度测量装置(HMS)、送料器统一准备功能(选购项),把准备作业的停机时间缩短
到最低限度,实现了设备的高运转率。
☆为避免因元件错挂造成贴片错误,备有防止元件错装系统(SCS:SetupControlSystem)。(选
购项)
☆装备送料器位置指示器(FPI),用 LED 指示灯显示生产过程中的“元件用完通知”、
“元件剩余量警告”,提示操作人员更换送料器。(选购项)
☆负荷校正·站点具备负荷检测功能及校正功能。(选购项)
☆采用真空泵为吸取元件时提供稳定的供气,稳定性有了飞跃性的提高。(选购项)
