6.4 Transport Functions 80S
The transport functions are used for checking and adjusting the functional modules of the PCB conveyor. To
call up the menu "Transport" proceed as follows:
●
Use the
cursor keys
within the menu "Single functions" to select the menu item "Transport".
●
Press the
Return key
. The "Transport" menu is displayed on the screen.
Fig. 6.4.1
The menu "Transport" is divided into two areas. The lefthand area is used for selecting the functions. The
righthand area is for displaying the results which have been prepared by the computer (eg status of the sonar
BEROS, conveyor width).
●
You can use the
Esc key
to return to the menu "Single functions".
When the transport menu is quit the conveyor is moved to the initial position (stopper in initial position,
clamp opened).
NOTE
With travel functions of the x or y axes the protective cover must be closed and the start button pressed to
launch the function. The gantries travel without exception only at their low speed. The star has been pro-
grammed to "low speed".
