CAUSE

Error in program run
In the menu "General errors" the following applies to Info1:
Info1 = 1 Setting up not necessary
Info1 = 2 Magazine no. invalid
Info1 = 3 Segment no. invalid
Info1 = 4 Garage not found
REMEDY
●
Notify AUT 5 V Service Department
561 Modify nozzle changer SP head
CAUSE
●
The corresponding nozzle type has not been set up in the nozzle-changer
REMEDY
●
Modify nozzle-changer set-up in accordance with required specification and confirm in the menu
with the return key.
562 Error while loading GF geom. description data into MVS
CAUSE
●
Camera records in real.ma are erroneous; old MVS Eprom version; GF description (line computer)
erroneous; incorrect sensor system type input at line computer
REMEDY
●
Check camera records (real.ma); check Eprom MVS version
563 Error while loading GF meas. conditions data into MVS
CAUSE
●
Erroneous manipulation of measuring conditions (test vision system / component; “Rucksack” file
from line computer faulty (part of GF file which can be manipulated)
REMEDY
●
Undo manipulation; delete “Rucksack” file in the line computer or assign new GF number

●
Garage indicated of the magazine in question is already occupied; x, y or z positions are not correct
(real.ma)
REMEDY
●
Nozzle is discarded into rejects tray; check the garage in question
572 Nozzle type not available <Type/for segment>:
CAUSE
●
Nozzle type displayed has not been set up or the corresponding magazine is empty
REMEDY
●
Fill magazine or insert by hand and confirm in the menu
573 Nozzle type not returnable <Type/from segment>:
CAUSE
●
Magazine displayed has not been set up for this nozzle type or the magazine is full
REMEDY
●
Nozzle is discarded into the rejects tray
574 Conveyor position recognition not possible
CAUSE
●
Conveyor fiducials are outside the travel range of the main axes
REMEDY
●
Set up the conveyor for locations which are within the travel range of the board camera
575 Incorrect centering device setting for component concerned
CAUSE
●
Incorrect entry in the line computer GF editor.
REMEDY
●
Change the processing data for the package form in the line computer GF editor.
578 Nozzle not ejected into rejects box
CAUSE
●
The component or the nozzle is jamming at the rejects box.
The rejects box is full.
REMEDY
●
Use the SITEST program to record the x, y and z nozzle positions.
Remove the obstacle or empty the rejects box.
