CAUSE

Parameters for optical centering erroneous.
REMEDY
●
Check the package form in the components manipulator.
103 Spacing of a pin group out of tolerance
CAUSE
●
Bent terminal pin; pitch error limit defined too small.
REMEDY
●
Check components; increase pitch error limit in the package form editor.
104 Component angle outside of tolerance
CAUSE
●
Angular positioning deviation of the component on the nozzle too great; angular positioning toler-
ance defined too small.
REMEDY
●
Improve pick-up; increase angular positioning tolerance.
121 Peak offset: no result
CAUSE
●
Component terminal pin bent.
REMEDY
●
Check quality of the components.
122 Coplanarity module cannot be initialized
CAUSE
●
Coplanarity module not plugged in; configuration jumper incorrectly set
REMEDY
●

REMEDY
●
Repair the foil; adjust removal springs; replace the conveyor.

CAUSE
●
The cover foil is not being stripped off; the foil removal force has been set incorrectly; the conveyor is
defective.
REMEDY
●
Pull off the foil by hand; set removal spring
134 Transport in feeder disturbed
CAUSE
●
Tape backing up; the conveyor is defective
REMEDY
●
Remove tape back-up; replace the conveyor
