1148 GU does not execute command
CAUSE
●
When transmitting to the glueing unit it does not send an acknowledgement; V24 connection inter-
rupted; control board GU defective
REMEDY
●
V24 connection should be checked; control board GU should be repaired
1149 GU does not send data
CAUSE
●
When data is requested from the GU, it does not send any data
REMEDY
●
Hardware of MC-GU should be checked; V24 connection should be checked; carry out maintenance
on control board GU
1150 GU: Receiving buffer too small
CAUSE
●
Record length when sending or receiving to or from the GU exceeds the sending / receiving buffer
Software error - incompatible versions of MC and GU
REMEDY
●
Check versions
1151 GU: Checksum error
CAUSE
●
When sending to the GU a negative acknowledgement is received from the GU
REMEDY
●
Software error. AUT 5 BSM 14 Development should be notified
1152 GU: Checksum error in message from head
CAUSE
●
When receiving a message from the GU the checksum is not correct.
REMEDY
●
Software error of the GU. AUT 5 BSM 14 Development should be notified

CAUSE
●
The MC sends a command to the GU which is not defined
REMEDY
●
Incompatible versions of MC and GU

1154 GU is indicating error during glueing
CAUSE
●
Head not initialized: no pressure build-up; no venting; no pressure.
REMEDY
●
Check hoses, valves; inspect for leaks
1155 GU does not know pressure range
CAUSE
●
The pressure specified in the data command is inconsistent with the head file ( .ini),
*.vkl and *.ini file are not consistent. Software error
REMEDY
●
Check vkl and ini files
1156 RAM error in GU
CAUSE
●
During initialization of the GU the internal RAM memory is checked. If there is a fault this will be
reported at the first glueing action
REMEDY
●
Hardware GU should be checked/replaced
1157 GU: incorrect glueing command
CAUSE
●
The MC has sent a command to the GU which is not defined
REMEDY
●
MC/GU commands should be checked
1158 GU: incorrect record number during Send
CAUSE
●
When *.ini or process data were sent from MC to GU the record number was not correct
Software error or corrupt .ini or process data files.
REMEDY
●
.ini and process data files should be checked.
1159 GU: incorrect record number during Receive
CAUSE
●
When receiving process data from the GU the record sum was not correct. Software error in the GU
REMEDY
●
AUT 5 BSM 14 Development should be notified
