Proximity switch defective; component jammed between screwdriver and segment;
motor of the screwdriver defective.
REMEDY
●
Replace proximity switch, adjust sensing distance; remove component; check toothing for damage;
replace motor with hub, carry out calibration on the motor control board.
406 Axis does not find the correct zero pulse
CAUSE
●
Measurement head incorrectly set
REMEDY
●
Check zero pulse at the measurement head (moving scale) of the longitudinal measurement sys-
tem. Adjust or replace measurement head.

Check cabling.
