242 No PCB on the center conveyor
CAUSE
●
Transportation onto output conveyor was started under single functions although there is no board
on the center conveyor; sensor in the center conveyor defective.
REMEDY
●
Only start transportation onto the output conveyor under single functions when there is a board on
the center conveyor; fit new sensor.
243 PCB does not reach the output conveyor
CAUSE
●
PCB board jamming in the center conveyor; sensor defective.
REMEDY
●
Correct the jamming; fit new sensor.
244 Center conveyor occupied
CAUSE
●
When the function "Board to center conveyor" started there already was a PCB board on the center
conveyor; sensor defective.
When the belt speed was set the center conveyor was occupied.
REMEDY
●
Remove the PCB board; fit new sensor.
245 Output conveyor occupied
CAUSE
●
When the function "Board to output conveyor" started there already was a PCB board on the output
conveyor; sensor of output conveyor defective.
When the belt speed was set output conveyor was occupied.
REMEDY
●
Remove the PCB board; fit new sensor.

Bero is not covered.

Check Bero.

CAUSE
●
Width adjustment moved up to the limit switch; limit switch defective.
REMEDY
●
Move width adjustment in other direction; fit new limit switch.
