7.6.4 Axis control TWIN- Head D-axis
The D-axis is driven with a AC servo motor. The control of the axis occurred with two control si-
gnals of the VC3 controller I
nom "W" and I nom "U" (dephasing 90°). The intermediate circuit voltages
is approx. 60V.

7.6.4.1 Check the dynamic of D-Axis
Please Note::
The positioning time for the left and right rotation of the D-axis could be a little bit different, but this
time is in case of the placement sequence of the TWIN- head uncritically. 7

Servo enable, if the the enable signal from the axis board available.
Display R.M.S. current limiter shorter than 2,5 s.

ping longer than 2,5 sec.
Servo board control directly the 2 phase AC motor.
2 Phasen AC Motor.
Between the motor and the incremental encoder exist a fixed mechanical
combination.
Incremental encoder: transmit the exact position of the axis via the track
signals.
