Check out the dirt, error, disconnection of sensor. If there is no problem with

sensor, the problem could be with motor wire/single error.

420105 Backup(L) Error.

Time Over of the upward movement of stopper (L)

1. Check out the P.C.B. between stopper and conveyor

2. Error in Up/Down detection sensor. Check out the sensor input

3. Disconnection, Error of Movement output. Please check Stopper by manual

movement if sensor input is proper.

4. Please set speed again by adjusting speed control when stopper is slow.

420106 Backup(L) Error.

Time-over of downward Stopper(L)

1. Up/Down Detect Sensor is out of order. Please check Sensor input

2. Disconnection/Error of output. Please check Stopper by manual movement if

sensor input is proper.

3. Please set speed again by adjusting speed control when stopper is slow.

420107 Backup(L) Error.

Communication Error of the command of P.C.B. positioning (Backup)

Not ready for System setup of Backup (L) axis

Driver has not completed the parameter setup yet. It is a situation in which a

correct setup has not been received by Communication Error.

Check the Communication Mode, wiring, Power supply of Driver.

420111 Backup(L) Error

Error in zeroing in Backup(L) axis

LS, discontinuous zeroing movement, was detected. Check out the dirt, error of

sensor and error in Motor body etc.

420112 Backup(L) Error

Out-of-Control in Backup(L) axis is detected

Motor Out-of-Control which is over the width of Out-of-Control detecting occurred.

Please execute all zeroing again, and the restart production. Please set motor

speed slow if it happens frequently. Also, in a case of structure motor Error.

420113 Backup(L) Error

Error in motor power voltage of Backup(L) axis

Motor power voltage dropped. Check out the Power supply line(48V Line)

420114 Backup(L) Error

STP input of Backup(L) Axis is detected

STP input is detected. The function to stop motor by Hard signal.

Error in Motor output line. Check out the motor wiring.

Limit Sensor(+) of Backup(L) axis is detected

+LS signal was detected for moving for (+).

Please check the dirt of +LS sensor, disconnection.
