(2) Remove the tape guide.
(1) Remove the front safety bar and take out the cutter
from the cart.
(3) Remove five screws.
(4) Replace the fluorine sheet.

(a) When the cutter is setup on the cart, fix the two
connectors securely.
(b) When the cutter is setup on the cart, push the cutter
into the end and fix it securely using the catch locks
(two locations).
(c) Do not forget to attach the front safety bar.

(2) Remove the cutter section covers (6 locations).
(4) Remove the screws on the right and left of the clamp
lever base.
(5) Remove the clamp lever together with the clamp
lever base.
(6) Remove the clamp lever from the clamp lever base
and replace the clamp lever by new one.
Remove
the screw.
Remove the screw also on the other side.
Every Year Replacement Required Time: 30 minutes
(b) When the cutter is setup on the cart, push the cutter into the end and
fix it securely using the catch locks (two locations).
(c) Do not forget to attach the front safety bar.

3.2.7 Head Section
High-Speed Head
Linear Measure Sensors
(Light Emitter and Receiver)
Every Day Cleaning
Required Time: 5 minutes
When any fat or oil is stuck to the line sensor,
rub off the dirt using a cotton applicator dipped
in dehydrated ethanol.
Nozzle U/D Ball Screw (NL Axis)
Every 3 Months Cleaning and Lubrication
(DAPHNE EPONEX GREASE No. 1)
Required Time: 5 minutes
Use No. 19 (brown) nozzle.

Wipe off the old grease with a rag and apply a
small amount of new grease to the groove of
the ball screw with a syringe.

Diffusion Plate
Every Month Cleaning
Required Time: 2 minutes
(1) Store all nozzles in the nozzle stocker
(housing) through window navigations.
(2)
Sebum or oil should not
adhere to the surface of the
diffusion plate.
Refer to "5. Nozzle Change
Window" in "Chapter 6 (Vol. 2)"
for the procedure of nozzle storage.
Reference
Wipe the diffusion plate with a dry lens
cleaning cloth.
