LS, discontinuous zeroing movement, was detected.

Check out the dirt, error of sensor and error in Motor body etc.

Out-of-Control of Backup(R)

Motor Out-of-Control which is over the width of Out-of-Control detecting occurred.

Please execute all zeroing again, and the restart production.

Please set motor speed slow if it happens frequently. Also, in a case of structure

motor Error.
