Axis Function
1-beam
XA-axis
Moves the head unit in parallel with the board transfer direction of the conveyor.
The rightward direction viewed from front is positive.
YA-axis
Moves the head unit at the right angles to the board transfer direction of the
conveyor. The direction towards the far end is positive.
2-beam
XA, XB-axis
Moves the head unit in parallel with the board transfer direction of the conveyor.
The rightward direction viewed from front is positive.
YA, YB-axis
Moves the head unit at the right angles to the board transfer direction of the
conveyor. The direction towards the far end is positive.
n
Single-lane
Axis Function
U1, U2-axis
Moves the conveyor (W2,W3) in the Y-axis direction. The direction from front to
rear is positive.
Making the head unit position and the mounting position closer gives more
effective tact.
W1, W2, W3, W4-axis
Changes the conveyor width.
The direction of widening the conveyor is positive.
PU1, PU2-axis
Moves the push-up plate vertically.
The upward direction is positive.
