In this tab sheet the practice dates for the maintenance cycles (weekly, monthly, every three
months, every six months and every 365 days) of the oiling check are displayed.
Refer to "1.3 Items for Periodic Maintenance" in Chapter 1, Volume 4, for the details of oiling
check.
[1] Cycl e
For the standard maintenance cycle, "Weekly", "Monthly", "3-Monthly", "6-Monthly" and "365" are set.
[2] Start Day
The practice dates set up in the NT-100 system software, are displayed.
[3] Warning
In these data boxes, "Enable" or "Disable" for the warning of the maintenance timing set up in the
NT-100 system software, is displayed.
[4] Days, Total Comp, End Day
When the setting is performed with the NT-100 system software, the indications are updated as
below.

When the value of "Days" (elapsed date) reaches the value of "Cycle", the background color turns to pink.

The corresponding tab sheet enables the operator to display the setting status and present status for
the nozzle, filter #1 (head filter) and filter #2 (filter for air supply).
[1] Group
In this section, the maintenance items of "Nozzle", "Filter #1" (head filter) and "Filter #2" (air source
filter) have been set.
[2] Start Day
In these data boxes, the practice dates set up in the NT-100 system software, are displayed.
[3] Warning
In these data boxes, "Enable" or "Disable" for the warning of the maintenance timing set up in the
NT-100 system software, is displayed.
[4] Days
The total time period when the machine has been actually operated before the practice date, is
displayed using days and hours (24 hours).
When the total machine operation time period reaches the value of the warning condition shown in
[7], the background color turns to pink.
When the setting is performed using the NT-100 system software, the "Date" display parameter is
updated to "0".

[5] Total Comp
The total quantity of components actually picked up in the machine after the practice date is
displayed in these data boxes.
When the value of the total quantity of components reaches the value set in [7], the background
color turns to pink.
When the setting is performed using the NT-100 system software, the display of "Total Comp"
parameter is updated to "0".
[6] End Day
The end day is displayed as the date with the shortest period from the point when the practice date
is set referring to the current operation dates in these data boxes.
[7] Term, Days, Total
For the "Upkeep", unlike the oiling check with specified maintenance timing, maintenance with
timing that depends on machine use condition is performed.
As for conditions for issuing the maintenance warning message, the parameters for the operation
days and quantity of picked up components are displayed.
When the value reaches either of the parameters for the above two set conditions, the warning
message is issued.
The operation time period in "Days" data box is displayed as "1 day (24 hours)", "7 days (7 ×
24 hours)", "1 month (30 × 24 hours)".
