5.13 Noz Stk Pos
This section describes how to perform a teaching operation on the offset that can be used to keep
the position (machine coordinate reference) of the nozzle stocker.

The window display varies depending on the number of added nozzle stockers (option).

Displayed are the teaching data items for the designated stocker.

The following buttons are arranged in teaching procedures section.
Select Stk
Selects the stocker to be taught.
Nozzle Stocker Selection
Select the nozzle stocker for which the teaching is performed.
All Nz. St : When selected, all the nozzle stockers selected in [1] are taught.
Des Nz. St : When selected, the nozzle stocker is designated for which the teaching
operation is performed, from the nozzle stockers selected in [1].
[Teach Start] button:
Start the teaching.
[Save] button:
The teaching results are saved.
Automatic Teaching Procedure
(1) Select the nozzle stocker (1 or 2) for which the teaching is performed.
(2) Press the nozzle stocker selection button [NST-1] or [NST-4] to select the nozzle stocker for
which the teaching is performed.
(3) Press the [Teach Start] button.
The teaching results are displayed in the “After” data boxes in the “Teaching Data”
display area.
When any recognition error occurs during the teaching operation or the [STOP] button is
pressed on the operation penal, the machine is stopped temporarily. In this case, re-start
is available.
During this temporary stop mode, the selection of any other menu item is unavailable.
When the teaching is completed, the designated head returns to the home position
automatically.
(4) Press the [Save] button. (The teaching results are saved.)

Select the head for the nozzle to be taught.
The window can be changed over using the tabs on the window.
Select Tch
Select "NozInclin" or "Ns Pos" to be taught.
[Noz All] button
Teaches all the nozzles.
[Noz] button
Designate the nozzle to be taught in this area.
When the [Noz] button is selected and [Noz No] is pressed, the input window appears.
[Teach Start] button
Starts the teaching.
[Save] button
The teaching results are saved.

Teaching Jig
The QFP glass jig JG-0188 (KYB-M381P-00) is used when teaching the head/nozzle inclination
offset and NS position.
Jig Pick-up Nozzle
For the pick-up of the QFP glass jig, the jig nozzle (standard equipment) or the normal vacuum
nozzle HV19C is used.
Teaching Procedure
(1) Before the teaching operation, change the nozzle to the jig nozzle and setup the QFP glass
jig in the jig setup position over the component recognition camera.
(2) Select the head (1 or 2) and nozzle to be taught.
(3) Select “NozIncln“ or “NS Pos“ for “Select Tch.
(4) Select the head (1 or 2) and nozzle to be taught.
During this temporary stop mode, the selection of any other menu item is unavailable. When
the offset teaching is completed, the designated head returns to the home position
automatically. The teaching results are displayed in the "Head/Noz Incln Offset" Display Area.
(5) Repeat the steps (1) through (4) to teach the nozzles for which the inclination teaching
operation is required.
(6) When the teaching operation is completed, remove the QFP glass jig.
(7) Press the [Save] button. (When this button is pressed, the teaching results are saved.)
