[Treatment]
‧Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it.
‧If the error occurred after the installation or the version up of the software, you need to re-install
the software.
‧If the treatments above do not work, there is a possibility that MPX board(s) in the machine is
broken. You need to replace it(them) with new ones.
E610003 “A time-out occurred when opening the ATC(L) slide plate”
“打开 ATC(左)滑板超时。”
[Cause]
A process to open the left ATC slide plate was taken place but the plate did not open within a certain
amount of time. The follows could be the cause.
‧The air is not being supplied properly.
‧The slide plate that slides left and right to open and close the plate in the ATC unit does not work
properly.
‧The sensor which detects the position of the slide plate is not tuned well or broken.
[Treatment]
Please select [Manual Control] from the menu bar, and then select [Control(C )] [Other(O)] [ATC
Control(A)]. Set 'Control Unit' to 'left ATC', and select 'Slide plate Control(A)' from the 'Control Item'
frame' to open/close the slide plate. Please perform one of the treatments below according to the result
you get.
1. Slide plate works properly.
1.1 The 'Slide plate ON sensor' in the 'Status' displaying frame gets ON/OFF. The speed
controller of the Slide plate driving cylinder might be wrung too much toward its minimum limit.
Please loosen the controller.
1.2 The 'Slide plate ON sensor' in the 'Status' displaying frame does not get ON/OFF.
‧There is a possibility that the Slide plate ON sensor was adjusted to out of the Cylinder's movable
range. Please re-adjust the sensor to where it gets ON/OFF.
‧If the treatment1 does not work, there is a possibility that the slide plate ON sensor is broken. It
could be that the wiring came off the connector part, that a contact pin in the connector part is broken,
that the wiring got cut off, or that the sensor itself is broken. Please examine the wiring and connector.
If any of them are broken, you need to replace them with new ones.
‧If the treatment2 does not work, a PCB is broken or the wiring between the PCBs is bad.
2. Slide plate does not work.
‧There is a possibility that a nozzle is not installed in the ATC correctly and that prevent the slide
plate from sliding properly. Please see if nozzles are correctly installed in the ATC.
‧There is a possibility that a component or implement got caught in the sliding part of the slide plate
and that prevents the slide plate from sliding properly. Please see if there is anything on the slide
plate.
‧There is a possibility that the air supplying pipes to the slide plate driving cylinder have a problem.
It could be that the speed controller is fully tightened up, that the air pipe came off the cylinder, or a
wrong air pipe is connected to the cylinder. Please see the air pipes and make sure that correct pipes
are connected.
‧There is a possibility that the connecting part between the shaft of the slide plate driving cylinder
and the slide plate has a problem. It could be that the nut attached to the tip of the shaft fell off, that
the shaft got chipped or broken, or that the plate got chipped or broken. You need to have the
damaged part repaired or replace it with a new one.
‧There is a possibility that the slide plate driving cylinder is broken. Please stop the air supplying on
the machine and see if the slide plate works fine manually. If the plate does not work smoothly, you
need to replace it with a new one.
‧There is a possibility that the slide plate driving solenoid valve is broken. It could be that the
wiring came off the connector part, that a contact pin in the connector part is broken, that the wiring
got cut off, or the solenoid valve itself is broken. Please examine the wiring and connectors. If any of
them are broken, you need to replace them with new ones..
‧If the treatments mentioned above do not work, a PCB is broken or the wiring between the PCBs is
bad.
