A nozzle installation error of ATC nozzle allocation occurred. You are asked if to move the head to
the nozzle removal position.
[Treatment]
“YES” button will move the head to the nozzle removal position, and continue the process.
“NO” button will not move the head to the nozzle removal position, but continue the process.

You are asked if to draw a shuttle out of MTC when teaching the MTC shuttle pick position to the
machine.

“NO” button will enable the change with the nozzle on the head. When you choose “NO”, you need
to cancel the nozzle allocation in the 'ATC nozzle allocation'.
