The installation position of the vacuum calibration has not been set.
[Treatment]
If the vacuum calibration unit has not been installed on ATC, please install it.
You can set the installation position of the vacuum calibration as follows.
Please select [Machine Setup] from the menu bar, and then [Setting Group(G)] [ATC Nozzle
Allocation(A)]. If you right-click the mouse on the nozzle type of the ATC number on which the
vacuum calibration unit is installed, a list box is shown. Select 'Vac Unit' in there.
E610200 Emergency Stop SW occurred

The Emergency Stop SW was pressed.
[Treatment]
Please unlock the Emergency Stop SW and hit the OK key.
E610201 Area sensor F ON occurred

The area sensor on the front side got ON.
[Treatment]
Please hit the OK key and then perform the Home returning.
E610202 Area sensor R ON occurred

The area sensor on the rear side got ON.

Please hit the OK key and then perform the Home returning.
E610203 Cover open sensor ON occurred

E610204 Feeder floatation sensor ON occurred
发生传送带浮动传感器被启动。
[Cause]
The Feeder floatation sensor detected something.
[Treatment]
The error occurs when the Feeder floatation sensor is interrupted. If there is anything that interrupts
the sensor, please remove it.
If the error occurs when there is nothing to interrupt the sensor, the light axis of the Feeder floatation
sensor may not be aligned well. Please examine if the light emitted from the sensor is received by its
light receiver properly. If the light is received properly, the red and green LEDs on the sensor get on.
This error also occurs when the Feeder floatation sensor itself or MCM board in the sensor is broken.
There is a great possibility that the sensor itself or the MCM board in the sensor is broken when this
error keeps happening even if you adjust the alignment of the light axis. If you want to avoid the error
temporarily to continue the production, please select [Machine Setup] from the menu bar, and then
[Setting Group(G)] [Use Unit(D)]. Please the tab of [Use Unit1] and disable the checkbox of the
Feeder floatation sensor.
Caution! If you do not use the Feeder floatation sensor for your production, make sure that nothing
interrupts the sensor. If a head should clash with an obstruction, that may cause a serious accident.
E610205 +X limit occurred
发生+X 界限
[Cause]
The head is on the +limit sensor which is on the right side of X axis.
[Treatment]
Please get the head off the limit sensor, and then perform the Home returning.
E610206 -X limit occurred

The head is on the -limit sensor which is on the left side of X axis.
[Treatment]
Please get the head off the limit sensor, and then perform the Home returning.

The right head is on the +limit sensor which is on the right side of X axis.

Please get the head off the limit sensor, and then perform the Home returning.
