Make sure that the specified station is the one available for the IC mark, or is not disabled in the unit
status during the MSL setup, and restart the process.
When checking the unit status of the MSL setup, check to see if the BOC camera is disabled for 720,
if OCC is disabled for 730, 730plus, 740, 750, and 760, and if OCC-L or OCC-R is disabled for 2010,
2020, 2030, and 2040.
E3835 Station which can handle MTC is not in the line.
