[Cause]
The backup plate on the center station on the Entrance side did not get down tow the aimed height. As
a cause, there is a possibility that the firmware on the XMP board has a problem.
[Treatment]
The firmware on the XMP board to make the backup plate up and down is not under the control
mode.
1) Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it.
2) If the treatment1 does not work, please see if the wiring and connectors in the XMP board are
properly connected.
3) If the treatment2 does not work, you need to change the XMP board to a new one.

a cause, there is a possibility that the firmware on the XMP board has a problem.
[Treatment]
The firmware on the XMP board to make the backup plate up and down is not under the control
mode.
1) Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it.
2) If the treatment1 does not work, please see if the wiring and connectors in the XMP board are
properly connected.
3) If the treatment2 does not work, you need to change the XMP board to a new one.

[Cause]
The backup plate on the center station on the Entrance side got to the aimed clamp height but the Ref.
pin sensor did not get ON. This error is likely to occur when the Ref. pin did not get in the positioning
hole correctly.
[Treatment]
1 The Ref. pin is not in the positioning hole correctly.
Please set the positions of the Ref. pin and the follower pin on the center station on the Entrance side
correctly to the position of the Ref. hole. If you want to position PWBs with Outer shape Ref., please
make sure that 'Outer shape Ref.' is enabled in the PWB data in the Program Editor.
2 The Ref. pin is in the positioning hole correctly.
Select [Manual Control] from the menu bar, and then select [Control(C)] [Conveyor(C)] [Independent
Control of Conveyor(I)] to see the status of Ref. pin sensor on the center station on the Entrance side
in the 'Status' frame. Select 'backup plate' in the 'Control item' on this screen to make the backup plate
up and down. At this point, set the Destination coordinates(up)(M) to -1.6mm.
1) “When the Ref. pin sensor in the 'Status' frame does not get ON/OFF, there is a possibility that the
sensor is not installed properly. Please re-install the sensor to where it gets ON/OFF correctly.
2) When the Ref. pin sensor in the 'Status' frame does not get ON/OFF, there is a possibility that the
Ref. pin sensor is broken. It could be that the wiring came off the connector part, that a contact pin in
the connector part is broken, that wiring got cut off, or that sensor itself is broken. Please examine the
wiring and the connector, If any of them are broken, you need to replace them with new ones.
3) When the Ref. pin sensor in the 'Status' frame does not get ON/OFF, there is a possibility that the
signal line of the Ref. pin sensor is broken. It could be that the wiring came off the connector part,
that a contact pin in the connector part is broken, or that signal line got cut off, Please examine the
wiring and the connector. There also is another possibility that the screw that holds the encoder and
the encoder axis together is loose. Please make sure that the screw is tightened up enough.
4) If the treatments mentioned above do not work, a PCB is broken or the wiring between the PCBs is
bad.

[Cause]
The backup plate on the center station on the Exit side did not get to the aimed clamp height. This
error usually occurs when there happens a mechanical hindrance to make the backup plate go up.
[Treatment]
1. If the backup table on the center station on the Exit side was up when the error occurred.
1) Ref. pin or a follower pin (or both of them) on the center station on the Exit side does not get in a
Ref. pin hole on the PWB. Please set the positions of the Ref. pin and the follower pin correctly to the
position of the Ref. hold.
2) An implement or component got caught between the PWB on the center station on the Exit side
and the center station. Please see if the is anything to obstruct clamping between the PWB and the
center station.
3) The backup pin on the center station on the Exit side is pushing up the back side of the PWB on
which components are already mounted. Please change the position of the backup pin to make it
touch the PWB.
4) The thickness of PWB was set to significantly thin in the PWB data. Please re-enter the correct
thickness.
2. The backup table went up at a high speed, and the continuous collision sound came out.
1) The encoder on the center station on the Exit side, that decides a position of PWB may be broken.
It could be that the wiring came off the connector part, that a contact pin in the connector part is
broken, that wiring got cut off, or that the encoder itself is broken. Please examine the wiring and
connector part. If any of them are broken, you need to replace them with new ones.
2) There is a possibility that the screw that holds the encoder and the encoder axis on the center
station on the Exit side together is loose. Please examine if the screw is tightened up enough.
3) If the treatments above do not work, PCB is broken or the wiring between the PCBs is bad.
3. The motor made a noise but the backup table on the center station on the Exit side did not
come up.
There is a possibility that the up-and-down motion system under the backup table that is on the center
station on the Exit side has a problem. The timing belt, the screw that holds a belt pulley, or the screw
that holds a motor may be loose. Please see if the each part is tightened up enough.
4. he backup table on the center station on the Exit side did not come up and the motor did not
make any noise.
1) There is a possibility that the stepping motor on the center station on the Exit side is broken. It
could be that the wiring came off the connector part, that a contact pin in the connector part is broken,
that wiring got cut off, or that the motor itself is broken. Please examine the wiring and connector part.
If any of them are broken, you need to replace them with new ones.
2) If the treatment1 does not work, PCB is broken or the wiring between the PCBs is bad.
