An abnormal matter happened to the Theta axis servo driver on the right head3.
[Treatment]
Please turn off the power supply of your machine. If the error occurs even after the reboot, please see
if the cables are connected properly. If the error still occurs even when the cables are connected
properly, you need to replace the Theta axis servo driver on the right head3 with a new one.
