Please turn on the power supply of MTS.

[Cause]
This error occurs when the machine determines that a nozzle is still on the head despite that the
nozzle removal process took place.
[Treatment]
If the nozzle is not on the head, the laser might be too dirty to work properly. Please clean the laser.
Also, please check and see if the slide plate can slide properly or the sensor works properly with
Manual control. If the slide plate or the sensor does not work well, something might be broken. Please
take a note of the error No. and contact our technical service dept. for information.
E301048 “Vacuum Calibration unit position can not be measured”

The ATC which is set on the Vacuum Calibration unit can not be measured.
[Treatment]
When you need to measure the ATC, please UN-allocate then measure it.
