It is failed in movement of LH axis of ATS.
Possible causes are as follows:
1. The Latch doesn't move normally.
2. The Latch sensor is abnormal.
3. The Stage positional set sensor is abnormal.
4. The LH axis doesn't move normally.

Then a caution, at only reset and rerun, the machine
doesn't stop until one Board is completed to dispense.
