Please release the EMERGENCY STOP,press [Fuel Pump] on [Unit/Cleaner]
screen, and confirm whether the cleaning solvent is correctly output.
When the cleaning solvent is not correctly output,
the following causes are thought.
(1) Breakdown of relay of solvent pump. (2) Abnormality of conveyer
I/O board. (3) Disconnection of I/O communication line.
[Measures:] (1) Exchange of relay of solvent pump. (2) Exchange of
conveyer I/O boards. (3) Please confirm disconnection of I/O
harness,coming off of connector cable,and loosening of earth cable.
