9. Connect the following cables to the monitor:
• Monitor Power Cable (DC)
•VGA Cable
• Touchscreen Cable (USB)
10. Fit the remaining USB cable to the rear monitor USB connector.
11. Place the keyboard on the bracket and feed the cable inside the machine.
12. Locate the free floating USB connector inside the right hand side of the
machine, behind the front panel.
13. Connect the keyboard.
14. Refit the front cover.
Type 5 Covers The monitor may have been removed for transportation, use the following
procedure to fit the monitor:
1. Remove the front panel.
2. Locate the following cables stowed within the machine:
• Monitor Power Cable
•VGA Cable
3. Feed the cables outside the machine.

4. Fit the monitor bracket on to the monitor bracket shaft.
5. Fit and secure the monitor to the monitor bracket.
6. Connect the following cables to the monitor:
• Monitor Power Cable (DC)
•VGA Cable
7. Place the keyboard on the bracket and feed the keyboard cable into the
machine.
8. Locate the free floating USB connector inside the right hand side of the
machine, behind the front panel.
9. Connect the keyboard.
10. Refit the front cover.

High Throughput Conveyors (HTC)
Auxiliary Conveyors The following procedure details how to install the HTC auxiliary conveyors to
the machine. This installation procedure is for a machine product transfer in the
left to right direction.
To install the auxiliary conveyors, remove the left and right safety covers and
the following panels (as detailed in the Covers chapter):
• Type 1 covers - front and rear corner panels and the centre side panel on
both sides
1. Remove the four auxiliary conveyor securing bolts from the holes in the
machine frame (two on either side).
