因DTS是补充状态,所以KE-2000的往DTS发送的运行指令被取消了。
[解决]
请把DTS恢复成生产状态之后,继续操作。
E642315 “DTS ERROR : Unable to Move by Other.”
“DTS错误 : 因为其它原因,不能运转”
[原因]
虽然KE-2000机器往DTS发送指令,可是从DTS接受到不可执行应答信息,取消了运行要求
(不可执行原因确定不了)。
[解决]
考虑DTS陷入异常状态。
再投入DTS的电源(如果取掉连接器,电源被切断)、再度请初始化DTS后,继续操作。两三
次反复运行,还是发生错误的话,请与代理店或本公司技朮服务部取联系。

“DTS错误 : 托盘设置要求错误”
[原因]
虽然KE-2000机器往DTS发送指令,可是要抽出的DTS托盘与实际托盘位置不相符(相反方
向)
[解决]
考虑DTS陷入异常状态。
再投入DTS的电源(如果取掉连接器,电源被切断)、再度请初始化DTS后,继续操作。两三
次反复运行,还是发生错误的话,请与代理店或本公司技朮服务部取联系。

“DTS错误 : 补充要求错误”
[原因]
虽然KE-2000机器往DTS发送补充指令,可是DTS状态切换不了补充状态。
[解决]
考虑DTS陷入异常状态。
再投入DTS的电源(如果取掉连接器,电源被切断)、再度请初始化DTS后,继续操作。两三
次反复运行,还是发生错误的话,请与代理店或本公司技朮服务部取联系。
第七章 传送基板驱动
[传送基板驱动、CVS、AWC、I/O、照明、共面性检测器、访问 VME 总线]
E650001 “PWB Conveying Error :| System Error.”
“基板传送错误 :|传送系统错误。”
W650009 “Conveying device error: | Since a PWB which interferences the check cylinder, | the cylinder can
not come up. | Please remove the PWB”

[Cause]
Failed to lift up the cylinder that had been coming down since a PWB was detected at the cylinder
lifting-up position.
打算要使检查汽缸上升, 但是,因为在汽缸上升动作位置上检测出基板,所以没能进行上
升动作。
[Treatment]
Please take the PWB off the conveyor.
请除去传送轨道上的基板。
E650010 “Conveying device error: | Due to the abnormality of the check cylinder sensor, | cylinder can not
come up. | Please re-start the machine and check again”
“基板传送错误: |因检测到基板气缸传感器错误,气缸不能上升。重新启动后,再检查。”
[Cause]
The sensor of the check cylinder did not get ON within a certain time although you tried to run the
check cylinder.
虽进行检查气缸操作, 但检查气缸传感器不能在规定时间内开启。
[Treatment]
Select [Manual Control] from the menu bar, and choose [Control(C)] [Conveyor(C)] and [Movable
station control(A)]. Select “PWB detect pin” from the “Control Item” and [PWB detect pin(A)] from
[Control item] frame to enable or disable ON/OFF. The treatments to take depends on the result you
get from the action above.
1 Cylinder works fine.
1.1 The status of 'PWB check sensor' in the 'status' displaying frame gets ON/OFF.
The cause might be that the speed controller of the PWB detector was wrung too much. Please release
the speed controller of the PWB detector.
1.2 The status of 'PWB check sensor' in the 'status' displaying frame does not get ON/OFF.
1) The cause might be that PWB check sensor was adjusted to out of the operation range of the
cylinder. Please re-adjust the sensor to where it gets ON/OFF.
2) If the treatment1 above does not work, there is a possibility that the PWB check sensor is broken.
It could be that the wiring came out of the connector part, that a contact pin of the connector part is
broken, that wiring got cut off, or that sensor itself is broken (If LED of the PWB check sensor gets
ON/OFF but the status of 'PWB check sensor' in the 'status' displaying frame does not get ON/OFF,
signal line of the PWB check sensor may be either abnormal or cut off, or the connector part does not
work well).
Please examine the wiring and connector part. If any of them are broken, you need to replace them
with new ones.
3) If the treatment2 does not even work, PCB is broken or the wiring between the PCBs is bad.
2 Cylinder does not work.
1) The cause might be the abnormality of the air plumbing to PWB detector. It could be that the speed
controller was wrung to its limit, that the air plumbing came off, or that the air plumbing is wrong.
Please examine the air plumbing and see if it is connected properly.
2) The PWB detector itself may be broken. Please stop the air supply on the machine and see if the
cylinder shaft works properly or not manually. If the shaft does not work smoothly, you need to
replace it with a new one.
3) The driving solenoid valve may be broken. It could be that the wiring came out of the connector
part, that a contact pin in the connector is broken, that wiring got cut off, or that the solenoid valve
itself is broken. Please examine the wiring and connector part. If anything wrong with them, you need
to replace them with new ones.
4) If none of the treatments above works, PCB is broken or the wiring between the PCBs is bad.
E650100 “Conveying error : An asynchronous, abnormal event occurred while PWB conveying. The process
is forcibly terminated”

[Cause]
The conveying process got forcibly terminated since a critical asynchronous event(Emergency STOP,
etc.) occurred during the PWB conveying.
[Treatment]
Please remove the PWB(s) on the conveyor and perform Home returning.
W650203 “PWB Conveying Error: There is no PWB objective to be conveyed”
“传送基板错误 :|没有发现传送对象基板。”
[Cause]
A request of PWB conveying was issued while there was no PWB on the conveyor center station.
This error occurs only at the PWB conveying process(letting PWB come out of the conveyor) that
does not affect on a production.
[Treatment]
Please see if there is any PWB on the conveyor, then execute a process of letting PWB come out of
the conveyor.
W650204 “PWB Clamp Error : There is no PWB objective to be unlocked”
“固定基板错误 :|解除固定时,没有发现对象基板。”
[Cause]
A request of unlocking a PWB was issued while there was no PWB clamped on the conveyor center
station. This error occurs only at the PWB conveying process(unlocking PWB) that does not affect on
a production.
[Treatment]
Please see if there is any PWB locked(clamped), then execute a process of unlocking the PWB.
