E650322 “Idle PWB Conveying Error : PWB conveying error of Input buffer. The process is forcibly
terminated. Please remove on the conveying route”
“传送基板(通过)错误 :|入口传感器/等待传感器同时打开错误。”
[Cause]
The belt of INPUT buffer got started to drive and a PWB was taken in to the INPUT buffer but the IN
sensor did not get OFF even if the WAIT sensor detected the PWB. The PWB is taken in to the
INPUT buffer and, if the WAIT sensor detects the PWB< the PWB conveying stops sand the PWB
gets in the a waiting mode, At this point, the IN sensor should not detect anything.
[Treatment]
1 The PWB had been detected by WAIT and IN sensors when the error occurred,
1) The installation positions of IN and WAIT sensors are not correct. Please adjust the positions so
that the sensors do not detect anything at the same time.
2) The PWB you are trying to convey does not match the specifications of your machine. A machine
with M size specification can not deal with PWB that is over 330mm, a machine with L size
specification can not deal with PWB that is over 410mm, and a machine with E size specification can
not deal with PWB that is over 510mm.
2 The PWB was staying on the position where IN sensor detected the PWB when the error
occurred (the error occurred before the PWB got to the WAIT sensor).
There is a possibility that the WAIT sensor detected something while the PWB was conveyed to the
Input buffer. Please select [Manual Control] from the menu bar, and then select [Control(C)]
[Conveyor(C)] [Independent Control of Conveyor(I)] to see the status of WAIT sensor in the 'Status'
frame.
1) If the light transmitter(LED) and light receiver(PT) of the wait sensor are not on the right positions,
please adjust them to make a correct alignment between them.
2) If the sensitivity of the WAIT sensor is not fine, please re-adjust it (The sensitivity of the sensor is
auto. tuning type. Please follow the maintenance manual to adjust it).
3) If there is anything between the light transmitter and light receiver of the WAIT sensor, that
interrupts the WAIT sensor such as wiring, please remove it or make it not to interrupt the sensor.
3 The PWB was staying on the position where WAIT sensor detected the PWB when the error
occurred (the PWB got to the right waiting position then the error occurred).
There is a possibility that the IN sensor detected something if the IN sensor does not get OFF while a
PWB is being conveyed properly. Please select [Manual Control] from the menu bar, and then select
[Control(C)] [Conveyor(C)] [Independent Control of Conveyor(I)] to see the status of IN sensor in the
'Status' frame.
1) If there is anything that IN sensor reacts to underneath the IN sensor, please remove it from under

terminated. Please remove on the conveying route”
“传送基板(通过)错误 :|入口传感器/等待传感器同时打开错误。”
[Cause]
IN sensor detected the next PWB while a PWB is waiting at the Input buffer. The IN sensor is not
supposed to be ON since a PWB request signal was not sent to a machine in the upper part of the line.
Usually, the error occurs when a machine in the upper part of the line outlets a PWB but the PWB
overruns, and the IN sensor detects the PWB.
[Treatment]
1 When a machine in the upper part of the line had outlet a PWB and the IN sensor had detected
the PWB when the error occurred.
1) If it is possible to change the stop position on the machine in the upper part of the line, please
make a modification not to make a PWB overrun to get detected by the IN sensor.
2) If it is not possible to change the stop position on the machine in the upper part of the line, please
move the IN sensor to the inner side of the machine so that a PWB will not get detected by the sensor
even if the board overruns.
2 The PWB had not been detected by the IN sensor when the error occurred (the PWB got to the
right position on the machine in the upper part of the line, and then the error occurred).
There is a possibility that the IN sensor is detecting something else if the IN sensor does not get OFF
even if the machine in the upper part of the line is conveying the PWB properly. Please select
[Manual Control] from the menu bar, and then select [Control(C)] [Conveyor(C)] [Independent
Control of Conveyor(I)] to see the status of IN sensor in the 'Status' frame.

wiring got cut off, or that sensor itself is broken. Please examine the wiring and the connector. If any
of them are broken, you need to replace them with new ones.

E650324 “Idle PWB Conveying Error : PWB conveying time out error of Input buffer. Please remove on the
conveying route”
“传送基板(通过)错误 :|基板从入口传感器到等待传感器超时。”
[Cause]
Since IN sensor detected a PWB coming in, the belt of the INPUT buffer got started to drive and the
PWB was taken in to the INPUT buffer. However, the IN sensor did not get OFF after a certain
amount of time has passed. Usually, this error occurs when a PWB can not go through the INPUT
buffer for some reason.
[Treatment]
1 If the PWB was on the position where it is NOT detected by IN sensor or WAIT sensor when
the error occurred.
The PWB can not move for it got caught on the conveyor for some reason.
1) The conveyor width is not matching the PWB width. Please re-adjust the conveyor width.
2) The PWB you are trying to convey does not match the specifications of your machine. The
following cases do not match your machine.
‧A PWB with thickness of 0.3mm or less. Or a PWB with thickness of 4mm or more.
‧A PWB with mass of 2kg or more.
2 If the PWB had overrun over the WAIT sensor and gotten to the center station when the error
occurred.
The WAIT sensor is not detecting the PWB. Please select [Manual Control] from the menu bar, and
then select [Control(C )] [Conveyor(C )] [Independent Control of Conveyor(I)] to see the status of
WAIT sensor in the 'Status' frame.
1) There is a possibility that the WAIT sensor is broken. It could be that the wiring came off the
